Upgrading to Windows 10 Pro - Microsoft Community


hi.  i know if factory reset still have windows 10 pro?  if try disk image windows home or windows pro?  any suggestions appreciated.  nadine

if part of hard drive or ssd drive still there wind ever on sticker somewhere on device has information.

if can't find sticker tells original  os was  might have use serial number , check @ manufacture web site , search number find device had os.:)
