Virus masquerading as IE? - Microsoft Community

working defacto network admin library. in process of taking ie off computer not have money upgrade win 10 , and patrons clinging lemmings familiar out of date browsers.  the odd thing have on computer have disabled ie through normal means and, on administrative desk top has disappeared.  it still shows on patron desktop , have not found roaming profiles on server or on the machine can trace instance too.  this 1 instance of ie breaking through of group policy has been set on years , not let me take ownership delete it.  has ever seen this? , how can rid of it?

* ie11 on windows 7 no less secure ie11 on windows 10. edge reportedly little more secure ie11.

     mean control panel...>...turn windows features on or off?

     "delete ie" meaningless. mean "turn off?"

* you may have turn ie off patron account.
