whatsapp showing setting up screen for last 5 hours - Microsoft Community


i reinstall whatsapp in lumia 535 , took backup, has done not opening due showing screen setting last night. left on , mobile data on. remove because hanging , not working. please check , confirm if whatsapp stopped working in lumia 535.

  • which os build installed on phone? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • have checked if there's available update app? go store > menu > download , updates (lumia windows phone 8: store > ... > downloads), or tap icon shows count of pending downloads.
  • have made changes in settings prior issue?
