need exchange device on amazon buy device , nokia xl neither listed under nokia mobiles nor microsoft mobiles. how select equivalent phone exchange please , answer query possible.

asked in global end-user community. therefore, amazon usa, amazon india, or …? did ask local amazon subsidiary directly already? because description, form mentioning created amazon not microsoft, wasn’t it?
