Can't use a data only sim in a single sim windows phone? - Microsoft Community


i have 640 single sim phone want use mobile wifi hotspot. if won't connect network if use data sim. data , voice sim connects same network in same phone fine. also, data sim works fine in old android phone have.  

so why can't 640 connect on data sim?
