Cortana problem on Lumia 635 - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have uk based nokia lumia 635 , neither cortana or search functions work. has been case several months, both used work (in british english) absolutely fine. have checked phone date , have tried setting phone american english, neither has helped. if press cortana icon on homescreen nothing.

can help?

the settings on phone have correct.

set region, language , speech uk.

turn phone off , restart
