Creators Update - Microsoft Community


after updating creators update via insider program desktop won't show , black screen mouse cursor, have contacted microsoft 2 times , first restore pc , had failed, talked guy , out of reach of support , had got sent here, know problem, need pc have major things coming need for, has update, if helps pc acer aspire e 15.

i hope had important backed up.  this why never run insider program on mission critical machine ... sounds bad happened.  download windows 10 usb drive , reinstall windows.
