Email account for IE 11 on lap top. - Microsoft Community


have 1 email account on hp pavilion lap top. log in page shows different account identified ***80*** prior @. please advise how or where  can check details , change the  title , enter correct one. lap top frozen initial log in screen.

we not able concern clearly. better understand issue, please provide answers following questions:

  • are referring email account?
  • are using browser access account?

also, if possible, can provide screenshot of issue?
