wanted download text app , received error code c100b000. kept trying retry download , did not work did soft reset, still issue persists. tried download other apps , error keeps popping no matter app try. ms bug , if can fixed?

it's problem store ms need fix on side, has happened many times before, nothing do, there nothing wrong phone, need wait...
