march, 2017 security monthly quality rollup windows server 2008 r2 x64-based systems (kb4012215).

getting error while on installation of patch.

we have been trying installation on 3 ways , getting failed below errors.

sccm
manual download , install
windows online update

tried above mentioned 3 ways , still failed.

errors:-

sccm :package kb4012215 failed changed installed state. status: 0x8000ffff.

manual install: windows update "security update windows (kb4012215)" not installed because of error 2147549183 "catastrophic failure" (command line: ""c:\windows\system32\wusa.exe" "c:\users\user\desktop\windows6.1-kb4012215-x64_a777b8c251dcd8378ecdafa81aefbe7f9009c72b.msu" ")

online update :installation failure: windows failed install following update error 0x8000ffff: march, 2017 security monthly quality rollup windows server 2008 r2 x64-based systems (kb4012215).
