Incompatible Browser Error when trying to upload to MortgageBot LOS - Microsoft Community


every time try access specific website receive incompatible browser error message. now, can click on link says 'home' , take me login screen. can log in , view on the website. problem arises when try upload documents, when new window opens states should using ie7. states version using - ie11.  i have gone in compatibility settings , added website, but not change anything.  i have tried going developer tools , under emulation reverting ie7 (this website tells me use) not work either. can please me figure out way can have full access website use everyday work & absolutely must able upload documents well?

it's not site requires ie7.

try opposite approach:

from ie> tools (or alt + t)> compatibility view settings, verify site not in list, "use microsoft compatibility lists" unchecked , "display intranet sites in compatibility view" unchecked.
