photography club collaboration - Microsoft Community

i'm looking way middle school photography club students upload photos privately, other club members see. which office 365 app recommend?

the form made me choose sub-topic, wasn't sure 1 applicable.

to understand requirement, can give more details “privately”? usual way share documents , files using sharepoint or onedrive.

in case, assume want collect works photography club students , share them students in other clubs instead of students in school.

if yes, please follow steps below:

go onedrive business , create new folder named photography club or like.
select folder , click link.
grant edit permission , click link create guest link folder.
copy guest link , share photography club students let them access , upload works.
after members uploaded works, share folder again granting view permission students in other clubs can view these works.
