after installed windows 10 update 1703 on laptop microsoft edge has troubles loading website. when click go on edge comes 'start' on tab , loads 30 mins until says cant reach page 

when try load apps steam can't connect reason , when restarting laptop discord app automatically opens reason , tries search updates though updated
