Why is Outlook.com so slow? - Microsoft Community

i access outlook.com using edge on machine windows 10.

why dreadfully slow?  "slow" mean there multi-second pause between keystrokes and/or mouse clicks.  "multi-second" mean anywhere 5-15 seconds wait on keystroke or mouse click register page.

this pronounced when first accessing site, , alleviates longer stay in.

since i'm use outlook.com briefly means visits site excruciatingly slow.

i migrated outlook.com hotmail, i've decades worth of contacts built up, switching email provider no easy thing.  there can outlook.com respond reasonably quickly?

i've tried clearing browser cache, makes 0 difference.

you on right track trying clear cache, however, issue persists. know more issue encountering. please provide following information:

• are getting issue outlook.com only?
• have tried browser check if issue occur?

moreover, suggest run troubleshooter windows apps.
