Black box with white X instead of images with Win8.1 IE11 - Microsoft Community

i know has been posted before wondering if new solutions have been found.  i've read articles here , tried except ie reset.  don't want lose passwords , such unwilling try that.  besides i've read not work anyway.  same issue on several web sites.  images show black box , white x.  has same issue whether using aol or chrome.  yes i've tried enhanced thing, security off, trusted site etc., etc., etc. , ever posted except reset.  issue started in last few months.  i've been using computer years with no issues.  odd not occur @ other wireless sites here @ home.  use frontier router here @ home not have settings web sites or downloads aware.  on rare occasion can opposite click on image , choose 'show image' , show it.  of time not work.  @ least 3 web sites consistently affected.  have win8.1 64bit, ie11, aol9.8.2

i've spent hours various customer service a** h****.  i've got @ least 4 web sites have issue.  have 3 separate computers different os , ie same issue.  asus lap top customer service said it's not computer issue , since 2 others have issue agree.  unfortunately internet company a** h**** frontier says it's java conflict or disk space allocation , not system.  network issue sure.  problem what?  should not speed.  issue recent.  has changed in system , doing this.  3 computers worked fine before.  security or trusted sites don't matter.  uninstalling java or disabling no good.  if it's space issue why occur in aol , chrome besides ie?  increase space?  java set @ max.  i've spent @ least 4 hours customer service a** h**** , i'm little pissed.  ms no better @ solving issue.  java won't unless pay , still might not able fix issue.  doubt if fix since uninstalling java did not work.  seems no 1 here solves issue either.  if not programs use on laptops i'd go apple.
