Can't access Microsoft Community under my account: "Your - Microsoft Community

hi, i've created new account ask question. main microsoft account (which must decades old!) isn't able access microsoft community.

when visit https://answers.microsoft.com message saying "your profile has been blocked.". there's no explanation why, though, , no message can it. i've no idea username is, can't site see. email behind account *** email address removed privacy ***, , can log in no problems https://account.microsoft.com
