Documents will not open on my computer - Microsoft Community


i keep trying open in word or excel or whichever app on computer, continue error message:

"sorry account organization signed in on computer."

and there isn't user @ all, ever.

this computer occurs on when open 1 drive account. have tried can think of, including uninstalling , reinstalling software even, , nothing works. help!!!!

please follow steps below check if can fix issue:

  • for windows pc
    1. open of office apps, file>account>under user information, sign out existing account , exit office apps.
    2. control panel>user accounts>credential manager>windows credentials, remove office 365 credentials like: microsoftofficexxdata:xxxxxxxxx
    3. open apps , sign in again office 365 account.
  • for mac
  1. open office apps, sign out quit office apps.
  2. finder>utilities>keychain access
  3. delete keychain “microsoft”, “ms”, “onedrive”.
  4. sign in apps again office 365 account.

 

if issue still exists, please provide information below:

  1. a screenshot of error message.
