favorites truncated via menu since Windows 10 Creators update - Microsoft Community

hi,

since new creators update installed on machine favorites no longer display in same way when accessed via drop down menu (between 'view' , 'tools) in internet explorer 11.

sub-folders , site names (all edited me assigned when adding new fav) are truncated in many cases, there doesn't seem method madness, short names been reduced to three letters whilst long titles left untouched!!

for example, 'espn f1' shortened espn...  whilst 'the internet opticians' left is.

why please!!??

there multiple reasons why saved favorites showing truncated. best address concern, need answer following questions:

 

• is issue happening other browsers, or limited internet explorer 11?
• did import favorites other browsers?
• were able rename folders in favorites?
• what troubleshooting steps have done far?

 

we waiting response.
