How to restore the phone from backup - Microsoft Community

my phone has erased several things of morning. texts, photos (about 750) , contacts, exception of linked work email, gone. phone automatic backup every night. how restore information? when put in contact, phone not allow me make call person unless call log (which not erased). odd, right?

i still getting emails.

help, anyone? i've been vz store , stumped.

restore phone backup, have perform hard reset. hard reset phone, go settings> system> about> reset phone.
