I can't download apps on my daughter's new Lumia 535, despite - Microsoft Community

hi, bought daughter lumia 535 christmas. trying download apps can't. have set family , added daughter account as child. when try download apps error message: family setup needed. please help!

if phone asking set family, means added child account in phone ( birthdate of account under legal age in country.

 

if under age, parent needs create microsoft account associated child account create free xbox profile on http://www.xbox.com/en-us/ and fill informations in "my account"> billing contact information

 

then child account needs create xbox profile , fill informations account.

 

after parent able add child account in family on windows phone website. , accept terms of store able download in store.

 

if adult , message, means have incorrect birthdate on account (http://account.live.com) or didn't create xbox profile account.
