lumia 640 not able to set a data limit and apps lits freezes - Microsoft Community


hi after new updates lumia 640 isn't allowing me set data limit , when goto manage app sounds freezes few seconds before can move listings ideas on matter?

just confirm, troubleshooting steps have tried far since first noticed data limit can no longer configured?

have tried resetting phone? try pressing power , volume down button , hold them 15 seconds. once phone vibrates, release hold , wait finish rebooting.

let know if still can't set data limit after resetting phone.
