Lumia 950 XL will not start after latest insider preview - Microsoft Community

my lumia 950 xl, after latest insider update, (2/6/2017), not restart after preparing install. touch restart , loops microsoft sign, vibrating, , go no further. 

any out there please. graeme

no choise other using wdrt recover phone
