Microsoft Edge invasion? - Microsoft Community

my daughter rang me today ms edge opening error message can't escape from.

i used teamviewer , accessed pc able close edge using task manager when launched edge again came same screen. said had accessed tv10 news when happened, use ie without problems. ran 2 different virus/adware programs , while discovered other disturbing problems unable fix one, have answers? (i retired specialist 1990s)

it's common scam. click ok button @ bottom of popup. should see box not allow site create new messages. check , close window.

for other browsers, use task manager exit browser. reboot , see if pop-up goes away.
