my nokia lumia 630 vibrating @ regular intervals (every 5-10 sec) . phone not turning on .

is there else have faced issue.

regarding phone kept vibrating, charged?

if does, perform following steps:

1. press , hold power button. once see exclamation point on screen, press following sequence:
   
2. volume up.
3. volume down.
4. power button.
5. volume down.

this reboot phone. once finished, turn on phone , see how goes.
