Nokia 550 - Saving Pictures from Emails - Microsoft Community


my mum has nokia 550. able save pictures recieves in emails can't find way of doing it. possible? if so, how?!

a long press on picture , option save comes

re " nope, didn't work. works through whatsapp not time , can't work out @ email attachments :("

i have emailed myself email photo

first no picture visible

message download all? photos (1)  {downloaded}

"save photos (1)"

embedded photos long press

soft reset phone 

press both power button , volume down phone until powers off ... release! start up
