Nokia Lumia 640 - Microsoft Community

hi own lumia,

i have had lumia couple of years , sorry won't ever have microsoft phone.

it misses calls (nothing ever found 'wrong' phone) , though blogs have suggested set changes, still misses several calls day. also, have text myself @ least once day make phone send , receive other texts, utterly bizarre.

also, many months ago, had snotty email microsoft saying account had been 'hacked' hadn't, , after several stupid requests reset account, microsoft wouldn't accept me , have been unable download apps/photos/other emails etc because thinks i'm dodgy. don't need security scrutiny in touch bank!! security thing there ridiculous , petty questioning , still can't through. that's when need speak on phone here yet issue microsoft - there 0 possibilities speak human being these issues can't rectified @ all. whatever happened customer service? microsoft deliberately go out of way avoid verbal contact customers. why??? 

regarding apps. microsoft have limited app availability on these phones , handsets can't play gifs!! we're supposed in 21st century these phones backward embarrassing.

all can @ t-minus 16 days getting rid of degenerate phone when current contract expires , no longer have hunk of junk in possession.

any of out there has these phones - luck can 'cos 'loved' once issues began appear, love began fade rapidly , lack of interest such global company microsoft disgraceful.

you should have created account , reset phone setup new account.
