Preview 15031 will not install - Microsoft Community

preview build 15031 in downloading , failing in loop. started giving 0x8024200d deleted install folder , windows\softwaredistribution\downloads folder. fails 0x800704c7. ran sfc /scannow. there no errors. update still failed ran dism  /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth , fails 0x800f081f stating valid source not found. tries upgrade again , getting 0x800700b7 solid. went settings - update & security , tried contact support link nothing.

i have used msconfig disable non-microsoft services , task manager kill startup items. same error. have ran many online malware scans , other malware detectors. av installed windows defender , see no symptoms of malware.

any idea go here? idea how can start chat support since link doesn't work?

you can't chat support, previews not supported, have you, forum , others on net.

what build running? how did install it? system make , model running on?

if run older 15025, download iso build insiders download , perform clean install. check if goes 15025 , proceed there.
