signing with Microsoft account on phone - Microsoft Community


can't sign in microsoft account on phone. requires activation code. should do?

in activating phone, microsoft ask put email address, or number send activation codes.

we suggest make request again , provide either email address ensure received them.

let know if failed receive code within day.
