text messages w/ pictures - Microsoft Community


may 2017 , have current updates on phone cannot receive or send text messages picture attachments. please help!

i'm not sure if makes difference had few issues when sending pictures , changed size smallest settings , seemed work.

yet reason tried send message last night , attach picture , not send. away long weekend , i'm guessing causing issue (i out of network) may because roaming issue .. not sure that.
