hi,
it appears link website provided in question has been removed, cannot test it. may able post links questions after account forum has been email verified.....
if website public access website (not internal company website) try using web connected computer outside of company's firewall , proxy. viz: home computer.
if company internal website, use file>properties menu determine ie security zone mapped to.... consult company's network administrators find out server/internal domain should published to... automatically detected intranet zoned site. localhost sites not automatically map intranet zone when "enhanced protected mode" enabled (which standard on domain networks internal web sites).... not change ie settings epm without consulting network administrators first. need allocate intranet domain on 1 of web servers, can test , deploy intranet site.
post technical questions ie website development or ie installation , management on domain networks appropriate msdn or technet forum. ones consumer using msie web browsers.
