Windows 10 Build 16215 Fails to install - Intel Ethernet driver - Microsoft Community


windows 10 preview 16215.1000 (rs_prerelease)

fails @ 32%

we couldn't uninstall these apps

intel ethernet driver netwtw04.sys plus 16 cores present on device.

asrock x370 amd ryzen 1700 16gb ddr4 samsung 950 pro nvme ssd

current build 16199 windows 10 pro x64

had same issue largely same hardware (asrock x370, ryzen 1700, rx 580, 32gb ddr4, 960 evo nvme ssd, windows 10x64 16199), , got around issue manually replacing drivers intel ac-1368 wifi card intel's website, rebooting. finished upgrading 16215, took hour.
