Advanced Info App problem - Microsoft Community


after resetting, 'advanced info' app can't updated in store..how fix this?

we suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
