upgraded 16199 16215, continually ctf loader errors, , computer unusable. apps crash well, no trouble shooters work.

ctf (collaborative translation framework) loader or commonly known ctfmon.exe activates alternative user text input processor (tip) , microsoft office language bar.

for reasons, ctfmon.exe has been associated malware infection virus remain hidden or undetected.

to isolate issue, recommend scanning computer malware infections using antivirus software/program.
