Had to go back to Windows 8.1 to actually install Windows again from - Microsoft Community

hello fellow insiders,

i have been ms since 1984 (insider since 2010) , have never had happen before.

twice day have checked in forum , applied , tips fellow insiders.

i have 2 windows notebooks. hp envy installed 16226 100% aok , running great.

my second windows machine dell precision m6600 (4 years old ) i7 16g 256gb nvidia quadro m3000 refused install @ 98% when cortana took over. clean install. no anti virus. no software. no additional programs. 1 usb mouse only. ran trouble shoots.

16226 @ 98% failed after 3 tries @ cortana, 16215 3 tries failed @ cortana 98% finished, same 16199, , 16193 , 15063. cortana test, went windows 8.1 pro own. same clean install , 100% install on first try ! writing 8.1

all other windows 10 builds cortana not let me "skip" , finish later. mouse, keyboard, arrow, down arrow, tab, slider, cortana buttons not work. 

with insiders, anxious 16226.
