How can I disable all notifications in WIndows mobile 10? - Microsoft Community


how can disable notifications windows phone (lumia 950xl).  notifications, mean bar appears on top of display @ inopportune times , blocks part of screen have dismiss.  thing maddening, , pointless.    never use action center , rely on live tiles.  no need notifications @ all. keep alarms however.
