Internet sharing - Microsoft Community


i had internet sharing on nokia lumina 630 (settings>internet sharing>turn on)

internet sharing no longer in settings menu. there way reinstate it?

cricket has not been helpful, , not helped technical support via microsofts @ 1-877-696-7786 (it directed me microsoft.com/mobile, hung up.)

phone's software may malfunctioning or corrupted. can first check if there's available update phone's software. check, go settings > under system, tap phone update > check updates. perform soft reset refresh phone's software. won't lose on phone it's safe perform.

please let know happened.
