  1. sign windows insider program, if haven't already.
  2. read system requirements.
  3. click 1 of download links on page download special file—it's called iso file—that can use install preview.
  4. when download complete, transfer iso file installation media such usb flash drive or dvd.
  5. boot pc installation media, , follow steps perform clean install.
