unable access msn homepage. seems freeze after seems long time of installing.

i unable access msn homepage. seems freeze after seems long time of installing.

1. version of windows running?

2. version of internet explorer or other browser?

try clearing cache.

 internet options> general tab> browsing history> delete> uncheck "preserve favorites website data" delete temporary internet files. no reason, yet, delete cookies, history,  passwords, etc.
