Lumia 535, Cortana not responding. - Microsoft Community


i have lumia 535. month back, updated windows 10. cortana working fine. hard reset device once, , cortana stopped responding voice commands then. every time press voice button , try saying something, opens keyboard instead , closes after.

what should do?

check if have latest os build, current version released on january 10, 2017—kb3213986 (os build 14393.693). if os build updated, again have phone hard reset. know more how hard reset phone, open page here.
