Lumia 640: Update to 15031 sticks at 56% - Microsoft Community

hi.
have lumia 640 lte windows 10 mobile 10.0.14393.67 build.
trying update 10.0.15031.0 first time update download process is stucks @ 56%,after 53% , etc,i tried soft reset,restart,hard reset nothing fixs issue.
can me?

hi gogita,

we suggest use the windows device recovery tool. start downloading , installing windows device recovery tool (for windows 10, 8.x , 7).

when installation has finished, start application , main screen appear:

the procedure restore phone using windows device recovery tool follows:

1. connect the phone pc (using usb cable came phone).
2. after few seconds, pc should find phone , you'll see phone selection screen. click phone in screen select it.
3. after few seconds more, latest available firmware version device shown. click 'install software'/'reinstall software' button flash phone

windows device recovery tool download , install latest firmware + os available phone

note! your phone reset factory status when using tool.
