hi,everyone

 can 1 please me problem.i can't download apps in phone.when try download app says setup account , when try , fill details , agree it says can't setup account.there problem live id.try again or sign in different live id.and how many times try says same.so please solution problem.

so couple of questions:

from pc, if go www.outlook.com, can log account?

when setup device first time, did sign in live id setting device?

what device using? os on it?
