about issue regarding downloading microsoft windows fix it, try re-download again. because maybe there missing files that's why cannot open it.

and favorites loading slow, please follow troubleshooting steps below:

  1. click tools.
  2. options.
  3. click advance.
  4. reset internet explorer settings , click reset.

the favorites should load quickly.
