Not getting mails in my mobile - Microsoft Community


hi, upgraded lumia535 windows 10, till not mail notifications , mails not sync too. shows old mails only, couldn't find whatsapp photos being stored. should rectify it?

we suggest deleting email used in creating microsoft account on phone , afterwards, soft reset phone (for soft reset, go here), , manually adding email again.

let know how works.
