office 365 meeting invite with external shared calendar shows email - Microsoft Community

using office 365 , need schedule meetings customer external email account.  use shared calendars schedule meetings, within last month or when try schedule meeting customer receive invalid email address , random, not in company.  how fix because need able schedule meetings customer.

2.does issue happen specific recipients every time enter email address? or same email address works doesn’t work? please clarify it.

3.after enter email address of recipient manually, please click check names.

4.if schedule normal appointment without using shared calendar, enter email address manually, issue persists?

5.regarding web client, since using office 365 account, can have access web client. suggest check via web client. can identify if issue related outlook client or others.

6.if possible, please check issue via outlook client?
