PROBLEM ON SITE USED FOR YEARS - Microsoft Community

hi there, i'm having problem site i've used many years tsc.ca.  there used to  option when shopping merchandise hover on , "quick view" without getting whole description.  it's vanished.  on talking website it's still there.  i've tried , hope in process haven't messed further.

any suggestions appreciated!

and did tests.... appear active scripting (java script) disabled in ie.

tools>internet options>security tab,

click "reset zones default" button,

save changes....

return ie , go https://www.theshoppingchannel.com/search/shoes?nav=n:0

if preview on hover buttons work, good. done...

if preview on hover buttons still don't work then

tools>internet options>security tab,

click "restricted sites" icon, "sites" button,

if have theshoppingchannel.com in ie restricted sites list, remove it. save changes , close internet options.... theshoppingchannel.com site refresh in ie , "preview" on hover buttons should work now.

if not have theshoppingchannel.com in ie restricted sites list, anti-virus product or windows firewall blocking site. please post further instructions.... include name , version of antivirus product , whether date.
