Window Phone 7 MarketPlace: There is a problem completing your - Microsoft Community

hi,

whenever try download app on old windows phone 7 now, error message:

there problem completing request. try again later.

error code: d000f001

i tried resetting phone, deactivating phone ms account, etc.  no luck. tried troubleshooting steps found here:

but unfortunately, had no success.

i realize 2017 , windows phone 7 in no longer actively maintained.  marketplace still appears function, except can't download anything.  unique me?  other people able dust off old windows phone 7 device , download app today?  if so, troubleshooting tips try?  (i don't mind trying same thing again, if listed in above 2 posts)

if has windows phone 7 , can confirm whether works download app marketplace today, helpful information (even if don't know why).
