about concern, please follow steps below update microsoft account:
1. log in page using primary microsoft account set on phone, edit personal information , make sure date of birth, home address , country filled in , saved. after please sign out.
2. next, log in same microsoft account following page , follow prompts (if applicable) regarding accepting terms of use.
on same page, please go to my account <payment & billing> <billing info> , fill in information there well.
3. soft reset phone. press , hold the volume down button and power buttons @ same time until feel vibration (about 10–15 seconds). phone restart automatically.
4. make sure have stable wifi connection on phone.
5. on phone, go to settings <date+time> , set manually/auto-off, make sure date , time settings correct.
6. go to settings <email+accounts> microsoft account. tap , hold until "sync" option appears, tap on "sync".
