Cannot open Google or Youtube webpage from 950 - Microsoft Community


if try to navigate google.com , google.ca  youtube.com or m.youtube.com my 950 a "hmm can't reach page" screen. can these pages my 950xl.

hello marc,

regarding concern, make sure phone connected stable connection that's not blocking access aforementioned websites.

try soft resetting lumia 950 xl pressing , holding volume down + power key until vibrates. if issue persists after phone restarts, connect phone different internet source.
