since upgraded lumia 640 windows 10 (back in 2015) i'm continually facing issue of slow charging. whenever connect phone pc/power bank gives charging slowly, can understand legitimate continues give same slow charging error whenever connect original charger. not that, gives slow charging error while charging original charger. can fix issue restart (sometimes takes more 1 restart fix) again returns under above circumstances. can confirm cable fine (checked output amperage android app), phone's connections fine not give error after restart few days. not issue phone. dad have lumia 640 , it have issue after windows 10 upgrade. have tried hard reset, soft reset, calibration of battery with no result. there many posts in forums articles in web but the issue still unsolved after creator's upgrade.

p.s- whenever phone gives error can confirm charging slow example 5 hours full charge 65%, after restart gives 1 hr 30 mins full charge 63%.
