Lumia 950 XL Screen Suddenly Not responding

guys i'm using lumia 950xl fro quite long period, have come across a couple of software issues things fine time receive updates.

but lumia screen not responding suddenly, screen working automatically keep phone idle.

unfortunately, warranty on last month. don't know do.

i'm so tired of issues , errors with device. laterally frustrated.

when contacted microsoft they replying badly.

could guide me?

i tried soft reset, hard reset, tried remove battery, tried recovery tool, no improvement.
